National newspaper is the mouthpiece of current events and , at the same time , the field for the presentation software development directions of the state. This was stated by the chief editor of “Egemen Kazakhstan ” Sauytbek Abdrakhmanov, a graduate of the journalism faculty of Kazakh State University (now – Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi ).
